The CRO will be tasked with leading enterprise risk management, overseeing regulatory relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal affairs. This executive position demands a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in financial services, with a strong background in risk management, compliance, legal, or human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating policy changes across all departments, acting as the primary liaison for state regulatory examinations, and advising the executive team and Board of Directors on emerging risks and appropriate responses. A risk-aware culture is a key focus, and the CRO will work closely with the executive team and Board to promote this throughout the organization.
